Who qualifies for the T visa?
- Being or having been a victim of a severe form of human trafficking.
- Be physically present in the United States, American Samoa, the Mariana Islands, or a port of entry of the United States;
- Having contributed to any request of the authorities in the investigation or prosecution of traffic acts unless it is under 18 years of age, which is why it is exempt from complying with this requirement; and the spouse, parents and children under 21 can be part of the T Visa application
