I want to immigrate to the United States and I would like to arrive with my defined situation. How can I immigrate to the United States?

There are many ways by which you can immigrate to the United States. Some of these are:

1.  Have a family member who is a US citizen who qualifies to make a family petition. (See the answer to question No. 23)

2. Have an employer that is in one of the following categories:
Employer of people with professions that appear on the list of jobs shortages in Calendar A.
Employer of licensed doctors, nurses and therapists
Employer of people with exceptional skills.
Employer of people with extraordinary abilities involved in activities that substantially benefit the United States.
Employer that requires religious workers.

3.  Make an investment of at least $ 500,000 dollars that generates at least 5 direct jobs.
4.  Qualify as a refugee or political asylum
5.  Other cases: eg adoptions, diplomats, registration, private law etc.
